Kayan Wellness Festival Returns to Abu Dhabi This February
For three days, Abu Dhabi will become a regional hub for wellbeing, health and longevity as Kayan Wellness Festival presents its second edition
Kayan Wellness Festival is set to return to Fahid Island in Abu Dhabi from 6 to 8 February 2026 as a major regional gathering focused on holistic wellbeing.
This will be the second edition of the three-day festival, following its debut and rapid rise as one of the Middle East’s largest wellness events. Organizers describe Kayan as a transformative wellbeing experience designed to engage attendees across physical, mental and spiritual dimensions. The festival’s structure is built around a set of curated zones and programmed sessions aimed at personal growth, movement, mindfulness and community connection.

Fahid Island’s open landscape and seaside setting are central to the event’s design, as organizers position the natural environment itself as part of the festival’s atmosphere and experience. Kayan is structured around distinct zones, each with its own focus and set of activities: the Mind Amphitheatre hosts talks, panel discussions and conversations aimed at mental clarity and reflection, the Body Zone brings movement-led sessions such as fitness, yoga, somatic work and guided practices, the Soul Space centers on meditation, sound healing, breathwork and restorative formats that support emotional balance, The Heart gathers people through live music and shared experiences.
The Longevity Hub highlights modern wellness innovations including biohacking tools and science-led sessions on health optimization, the Feel Good Market curates food, drink and lifestyle brands focused on conscious living, and the Premium Lounge adds a hospitality layer for premium pass holders with priority access and dedicated relaxation areas.
Attendees are invited to move between zones at their own pace – the event’s structure supports self-directed participation rather than a strict timetable of activities.

What to expect
The 2026 programme continues Kayan’s emphasis on internationally recognised wellness leaders and experts. The first edition featured global figures across fields such as biohacking, psychology, spirituality and technology, including Sadhguru, Gary Brecka and Marisa Peer – a mix of scientific, philosophical and practical perspectives on wellbeing.
Specific speakers for the 2026 edition will include Gregoire Trudeau, Crone, Ghattass, Williamson and others. Organizers have stated their intention to expand on the inaugural year’s agenda with deeper and broader offerings from thought leaders and practitioners.

Kayan’s return comes as part of a broader wellness strategy in Abu Dhabi that aligns cultural programming with national initiatives for health, balance and longevity. Organizers and attendees alike frame the festival not as a commercial spectacle but as part of elevating the city’s profile in experiential travel and wellbeing tourism.
Following its first edition, Kayan received regional recognition, including awards and nominations that underscore its rapid growth and emerging relevance in wellness circles across the Middle East.
Dates: 6-8 February 2026
Location: Fahid Island – a coastal site between Yas and Jubail Islands in the Abu Dhabi emirate.
