The Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi Desert Launches 35 Private Residences in Ras Al Khaimah
Set within a protected desert reserve, the new collection brings private villa living together with The Ritz-Carlton’s hospitality and wellness experiences.
Marjan Hospitality has announced a new collection of 35 private villas at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert. Located within the 1,235-acre Al Wadi Nature Reserve, the residences are now available for purchase, with handover expected in early 2028.
The development offers three-, four- and five-bedroom standalone villas, each featuring a private temperature-controlled swimming pool, panoramic desert views and expansive indoor and outdoor living areas. The architecture combines contemporary design with elements of Arabian heritage, using materials and natural tones inspired by the surrounding landscape.

Residents will have access to a dedicated clubhouse, alongside the dining, wellness and nature experiences of The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert. The resort’s facilities include a spa, hydrothermal experiences and outdoor activities within the reserve.
The expansion also brings new experiences to the wider Al Wadi destination. Farmhouse by Syrco is scheduled to reopen on September 21 following a design refresh, introducing a dedicated wine bar and space for 270 guests. Meanwhile, a collaboration with Emirati perfume house The Scent Library offers guided fragrance blending and private in-villa sessions inspired by the region’s botanical ingredients and cultural heritage.

The new residences reflect Ras Al Khaimah’s growing branded residential market, where luxury hospitality, private ownership and nature-led living are increasingly coming together.
