Saadiyat Grove: Abu Dhabi’s New Cultural and Lifestyle Destination Opens in 2026
Set between the capital’s landmark museums, Saadiyat Grove will bring luxury boutiques, international dining, residences and wellness spaces to Abu Dhabi’s Cultural District.
Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Cultural District is entering a new phase. Aldar has announced that Saadiyat Grove, a luxury retail and lifestyle destination on Saadiyat Island, is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026, bringing together more than 100 international brands, restaurants, hotels and residential spaces.

Positioned between Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat Grove is designed to connect some of the capital’s most significant cultural landmarks with everyday urban life. The Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi and teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi are also located nearby.
The development reflects a broader transformation of Saadiyat Island, where cultural institutions are becoming the centre of a district that encompasses hospitality, architecture, residential communities and leisure.
From Museums to Everyday Life
Saadiyat Grove will introduce 20 concepts making their regional debut, alongside established luxury houses including Dior, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Bvlgari, Loewe and Van Cleef & Arpels.
Its dining offering will include an Alain Ducasse Café, Monsieur Paul, Momofuku and Kokoro Handroll Bar, bringing international culinary concepts to the island.

Beyond retail and dining, the development will feature luxury hotels, premium office spaces and residential communities, including Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences, Baccarat Residences Saadiyat and The Arthouse.
Together, these elements are intended to create a connected district where visitors can move between museums, restaurants, public spaces and residential neighbourhoods.
Wellness Enters the Cultural District
Health and wellbeing will also form part of the destination’s offering.
London-based fitness brand BXR, backed by boxing champion Anthony Joshua, is set to introduce its first flagship location in the Middle East, occupying a 2,000-square-metre space.
A new wellness centre and longevity clinic have also been announced, with personalised programmes planned for clients. Further details about the clinic’s operator and services have yet to be revealed.

For Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat Grove represents another step in the development of Saadiyat Island as a place where cultural experiences extend beyond museum walls. Its opening will introduce a new commercial and social dimension to the district, complementing the emirate’s growing collection of cultural institutions.
